Shipping & Return
Policy
Shipping: Couture Optique will
ship using UPS 3 day select or Fed-Ex. Overnight or second day service
is by request only and higher charges will apply.
Normal delivery will take 5 to 7 business days using the 3 day select
service.
Shipping charges are stated on the checkout page and may change
without notice.
From time to time Couture Optique may offer free shipping based on
special promotions running.
30-Day Return
Policy: We'll gladly exchange
product within 30 days of original purchase. Returns made for refund
only will incur a 10% re-stocking fee. Returns must be in saleable
condition with the original packaging and receipt within 30 days to
Couture Optique.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on accidental breakage or
scratched lenses. If you're returning item(s) to us by mail, we
recommend that you send your package via a traceable method (FedEx,
UPS, or insured mail). Couture Optique is not responsible for products
we do not receive or products damaged in shipping.
Couture Optique offers warranties for 12 months from date of purchase
against manufacture's defects that will be determined by manufacture.
Scratched lenses are not included.
